Wow. Just wow.
The Irish are so friendly and loooove to party!
Apparently we arrived the night of a big soccer game and the whole city was out to celebrate. Let’s put it this way, we got in at 8p on a Sunday, and after we put our bags down, we ventured out…every bar was packed to capacity…on a Sunday?! Unheard of in Seattle. Live music was playing everywhere and people were dancing, laughing, drinking and all the shenanigans in between.

We decided to go into The Foggy Dew pub and of course, ordered a Guinness. Sure enough, it is so much more smooth and amazing fresh from a tap in Dublin. The whole place was bouncing and thriving off this ska cover band. It was contagious!
After a few rounds we needed some food so we walked a little further and came across a small restaurant named O’Sheas and got the Chef Lamb Special and Chicken in White Pepper Sauce. And of course ordered another Guinness. 🙂

We’re already in love with Dublin and can’t wait to explore more tomorrow.
Happy Trails,
