Goodbye, London!

Day two of London and we took in as much as we could! We woke early and had tea & toast at The Walrus Bar & Hostel.


We then made our way to CrossFit Blackfriars for there Sunday Strongman WOD, it was great, hard work, we got all kinds of gritty. 

2 Rounds, 3 minutes each station in pairs, 45s work then trade

  1. Kneeling Battle Ropes
  2. Heavy Kettlebell Swings
  3. Sled Push
  4. Zeurger Squats
  5. D Ball Over Bar
  6. Tire Carry




Afterward we got cleaned up and went to walk around Westminster – we saw Big Ben, walked around the Abbey and then saw Buckingham Palace. We walked all over and really got to see so many parts of London. It’s amazing how much history there is.








On our walk we of course had to stop and get the classic telephone booth picture.



Sadly it came time to get ready to leave the UK behind, but first we stopped for a late lunch at Horse & Stables pub – we got Bangers & Mash and Fish & Chips – oh my goddess it was so good, they fired a whole half fish, crispy skin and all! Yum! 

We know our time here was short and we’re already talking about a return trip! Until next time, London…
